Flat Fanny is located on the 1st floor, offers space for 2 people and has a sunny balcony facing the promenade. The bedroom is particularly bright and friendly with a cosy double bed and a beautiful old white cabinet with glass windows. The large bright fully equipped kitchen has a bay window with a round table that can seat up to 6 people. The bathroom with WC and round shower offers enough storage space for all bathing and make-up utensils. It has cable TV, a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

The flat Ludwig is located on the 2nd floor and offers space for up to 3 people. The bedroom with balcony is painted in a matt green and exudes warmth and cosiness. The turn-of-the-century furniture has been extensively restored and brought up to today's standards with new mattresses, slatted frames and down duvets. The kitchen-cum-living-room with its cosy dining area is fully equipped - an additional daybed can be used for relaxing or as a place for children to sleep. The kitchen with the old jogging table and farm chairs is fully equipped and offers a great view of the Gamskarkogel. The Loft Marie is the heart of Villa Rosa. It is the central point in the attic with an open kitchen, a cosy sofa and a bedroom with a double bed and enough storage space, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower, and a separate toilet. Beautiful and cosy accents are the old farmhouse table in the kitchen with a farmhouse bench and old chairs, restored lounge chairs from the 50s, as well as a Midcentury secretary by the Swedish designer Egon Ostergaard and paintings by the Austrian painter Michael Ornauer. 2 balconies round off the Loft Marie and offer fabulous views of both the Ankogel and Sportgastein.
