Already during the construction and laying of the cables, care was taken to ensure that positive, nurturing energy can unfold undisturbed here. Selected woods make the 15 m² large dome-shaped main room a healing oasis. That’s why we offer the dome as both an apartment and a seminar room.

From the open kitchen, you look out over the Kremstal, and in the evenings, you enjoy the crackling fireplace. The couch can quickly be transformed into a double bed if needed, providing space for up to 4 people.

Nomen est Omen – this colorful apartment offers two separate bedrooms, a large terrace, an open kitchen and fireplace, and a wonderful, paneled bathroom with a shower. A double bed (180 x 180) and a 120 cm bed in the second bedroom make this apartment ideal for families and friends. The couch in the living room is, of course, extendable. Here you will find space, comfort, and vibrant colors.

What a morning: the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the kitchen overlooks a sunrise and two old, friendly ash trees. In the evening, you can relax by the fireplace and gather with family and friends around the large dining table. The bedroom offers pure luxury for two, while the pull-out couch accommodates additional guests. The sofa in the living room can also be transformed into a cozy bed if needed, allowing up to a maximum of 5 people to relax here. The bathroom provides additional comfort with a bathtub.
