This holiday home offers everything for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a large corner bench, TV, and several board games. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and baking, featuring a wooden corner bench, sink, dishwasher, electric stove, bread slicer, microwave, and a large refrigerator. A small toilet and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and towel dryer complete the ground floor. Since April 2025, a combined pellet stove ensures cozy warmth – even in winter. A steep staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is an entrance hall with a pull-out sofa bed. Three bedrooms provide space for up to 8 people. One bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in closet, another bedroom has a double bed and a pull-out couch for a child. The third bedroom is the so-called children's room, equipped with two bunk beds and a sink. In the garden of about 350 m², you can relax and enjoy nature. A raised bed with herbs, various fruit trees, and berry bushes invite you to linger. In the wooden shed with a small workshop, you'll find space for hobbies or crafting. A seating area invites you to enjoy cozy gatherings outdoors. A small stream on the property offers cool relief and fun for children in the summer. Please note: The steep staircase is not suitable for very small children and persons with limited mobility.
