The vacation apartment WIPFELSTUB´N (for 4-6 people) is located on the upper floor of the building (opposite our main house) and has a separate entrance. Thus, it is completely detached from the restaurant! When you enter this apartment, you find yourself in a spacious hallway with the wardrobe . From there, you access the two bedrooms , both of which have a double bed (one of them has an additional SAT-TV ). From one of these bedrooms, you have access to the southeast balcony . Furthermore, from the hallway, you can also reach the toilet , the bathroom with shower , and the living room . In the living room, there is an open fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, various kitchen appliances, and sufficient dishes), alongside the dining area and a cozy seating area with SAT-TV and DVD player . From this room, you also have access to the large, southeast-facing balcony (loungers and seating area), from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains . You can of course park your car directly in front of the house. In the main house across the way, you can also use the washing machine and the shoe dryer .

The WILDWECHSEL apartment (for 2-4 people) is located in the same building as the Wipfelstub'n, opposite our main building, and shares an entrance with it. Thus, it is completely separated from the restaurant below. It is on the ground floor but still on the first floor. When you enter the apartment, you find yourself in the hallway with the wardrobe . From there you can access the toilet , the bathroom with shower , and the living area . This area is furnished with a comfortable sofa (convertible to bed height for 2 persons), SAT-TV, radio with CD , and a large panoramic window with a magnificent view of the mountain landscape . Next to the seating area is the dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various kitchen appliances, and sufficient dishes). From the living area, you can also access the spacious bedroom (double bed), from where you can reach the southeast balcony (with sun loungers and seating). From the bed, you can experience an extraordinary view! In the main building across, you can also use the washing machine and ski storage.

The holiday apartment MURMELBAU (2-6 people) with infrared cabin is an extension of our "Kärntnerhaus"; opposite our main house. This extension has a completely separate entrance and is thus detached from the rest of the house. You can park your car directly in front of the house. The apartment is 2 stories and has about 80 m². Upon entering the apartment/house, you are in the wardrobe . To the left, there is a toilet and straight ahead is the very spacious living area with the open, fully equipped kitchen . The kitchen has been crafted from old wood and has every comfort of a "modern" kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee machine, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen appliances, and sufficient dishes). Immediately following is the dining area with an old farmhouse table, corner bench, and chairs. Next to it is an old farmer's chest with SAT-TV, DVD player, radio (with CD and), books, and various board games. Opposite is a generous living landscape and a massage chair as well as a sideboard. One window faces east, and a large window front, which can be fully opened, faces south. You have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains all the way to the Karawanken from all sides. From the hallway, you also access the 1st floor, where there are 2 very spacious bedrooms (1x with a double bed and an extra bed and 1x with a double bed and SAT-TV. ) These two rooms are oriented towards the east. The double beds have been crafted from old wood (only with wooden pegs) and feature a "HÜSLER NATURNEST" mattress that adapts perfectly to the body. Another small attic room with 2 extra beds is located right next to the bedroom with the SAT-TV. Also on this floor are 2 bathrooms (1x with a shower and 1x with a bathtub). Between the two bathrooms is a separate toilet and an infrared cabin. In front of the apartment, there is a nice seating area, sun loungers and a grill. We have expanded and nicely designed the terrace . In the main house across the way, you can also use the washing machine and shoe dryer.
