The modern apartments can accommodate up to five people and are directly adjacent to the east bank promenade. The residential complex was completed in spring 2023 and impresses with spacious balconies/terraces facing west. From the underground garage, you can reach every floor barrier-free with an elevator. Access to the facility is possible via stairs or a ramp, making it perfect for guests with wheelchairs, strollers, or limited mobility. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, ice cream parlors, and numerous sports facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. Several beach resorts on Europe's warmest lake can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes via the lakeside promenade.
