The 45 sqm living area includes a bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed and wardrobe, a modern bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table as well as a living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator and separate freezer. The couch - like all our upholstered furniture - can be used as a sofa bed and is 1.40 m wide. The apartment thus offers sleeping facilities for a maximum of six people. The dining table can comfortably accommodate up to six people and the cosy living area is equipped with a 27" flat screen and satellite system. From the balcony you have a unique view of the Dobratsch and the border triangle.

The Mittagskogel apartment will convince you with its rustic furnishing style. We offer here on approx. 55 square meters a 3 room apartment with two bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic hob, hot air oven, refrigerator as well as separate freezer, 27 " flat screen television and sofa corner. 1 bedroom with separate shower and washbasin solid wood double bed (1.80) and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with also 1,80 double bed and desserts made of solid wood. Note , access to apartment or bathroom with toilet from bedroom 1 only via bedroom 2 or the hallway, therefore more suitable for family with children The apartment has no balcony but there are common places in the garden available.

Appartment Faaker See is a very spacious appartment with all amenities to relax and feel at home. After rennovation in 2017 the ground floor appartment provides plenty of space for two with over 70 square meters. The decor is a mix of modern with traditional farm style furniture. The bedroom with a vaulted ceiling has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher and directly connected is a dining area for up to 4 people. The large living room with sofa and 40 " LED TV is a mix of modern and traditional decor and from here you can reach the terrace that is for your exclusive use. The sofa can be turned into a bed to allow a maximum of 4 people to live in the appartment. The south facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sunshine and breathtaking panorama from morning to evening. We need to point out that the tiled stove you see in the pictures is not in use anymore.
