Holiday house for 8 persons at the foot of the Priedröfs Enjoy your holiday in our newly renovated, child- and dog-friendly charming holiday home at the foot of the Priedröfs in St. OSwald. There is a large living-dining room with a cosy corner, a tiled stove and an additional stove, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 pine bedrooms each with a large double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets as well as a comfortable pine sauna. We offer you free Wi-Fi, 2 satellite TVs as well as radio and CD player. For the winter: in the storeroom there is a ski boot dryer and also a ski rack in front of the house. You can walk with your skis to the slopes or to the Nockalmbahn (3 minutes), which will take you directly to the ski area of St. Oswald. From the slope you can ski down to the house. This makes us and our children especially happy! Around the house there is enough space to romp around, build a snowman, have a fun snowball fight or even lie in the sun. You are also welcome to use our sleds and bobsleighs – our children have a lot of fun doing it (and we adults like riding too. . . . ). Enjoy the beautiful nature, the snow and the fresh air during a holiday in your own house, which is at your disposal. For the summer: Breakfast can be enjoyed on the sunny, covered terrace. The meadow around the house offers opportunities for games, sunbathing, barbecues or just relaxing. A barbecue, sun loungers, balls and ball clubs are available. Hiking maps for the area of the Nockberge are available in the house. Enjoy this special location of the house – it is located in a cul-de-sac, which is absolutely quiet. You can walk away from the house and are in 5 minutes at the St. Oswalder Rundwanderweg. By car you can reach in 5 minutes the National Parkbahn, which is also open in summer, and takes you directly to the Brunnach. From there you have the opportunity to hike several peaks! Tip: on the Bockhütte there is fresh buttermilk, which tastes particularly delicious!! The kitchen is equipped with fridge including freezer (2 large compartments), electric stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, bread slicer, kettle and all utensils and kitchen accessories – we like to cook during our holidays. Since we ourselves are a large family with 3 children and dog, we use our cottage in the holidays themselves and therefore have it very fully and comfortably equipped. We also have a collection of funny games and books – that’s enough to keep you entertained. The whole house can be heated very comfortably electrically or with the tiled stove and the additional stove the basement can be heated. Since it is very difficult for us to estimate the electricity consumption, we bill it per KWh. For the final cleaning we charge 300 €.
