Our Luxury Chalet Almsommer The newly built luxury chalet "Almsommer", completed in 2019, is located directly at the tree line at the foot of the Heidialm, offering mountain panorama and private access to the ski area. With 160m² of living space plus terraces and balconies over 3 levels, it provides ample space for relaxation, family, and friends. The living and wellness area, as well as the panoramic terrace, are located on the ground floor. Of the 4 bedrooms, 2 are on the upper floor and 2 in the lower floor (also with mountain views). In total, there are 4 double beds as well as baby beds. Maximum guest capacity: 12 persons (8 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 babies). Wellness & Relaxation The chalet has 3 bathrooms, each equipped with an open rain shower, WC, and high-quality Villeroy & Boch fixtures, one of which includes a whirlpool tub and balcony. You have the choice: Would you like to first take a sauna and cool off in the snow, or do you prefer to heat the hot tub on the terrace and relax with a glass of wine while the children enjoy a bubble bath in the whirlpool? Or would you rather light the outdoor fireplace outside or read a book in front of the stove inside the house? You have the choice, and you don't need to worry about anything: We take care of bed linens, towels, and final cleaning for you. Living & Sleeping The living room with the open kitchen and bar invites you to linger. While the children watch Netflix after an exciting day on the slopes, you can comfortably cook in the kitchen while enjoying the view over the fireplace and the peaks. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite/smart TVs. On the large south-facing panoramic terrace, you will find everything you need for the perfect vacation in the mountains – outdoor fireplace grill, hot tub, and garden furniture. All extras, from Wi-Fi to washing machine, are of course included. Location, Amenities & Floor Plans The chalet, which you can reach via a quiet access road, features a carport and 2 private parking spaces, as well as a ski storage right at the house. On request, we offer a garage with an electric car charging station. A staircase provides direct access to the cross-country ski trail/ski slope and hiking paths.

Unsere Luxuschalets Bergwinter Die 2021 neu errichteten 4 Luxuschalets „Bergwinter“ liegen direkt an der Baumgrenze am Fuße der Heidialm mit herrlichem Bergpanorama und direktem Zugang zum Skigebiet. Sie bieten mit 145m² Wohnfläche zzgl. der Terrassen und Balkone über 2 Wohnebenen reichlich Platz für Erholung und die ganze Familie. Der Wohn- und Wellnessbereich sowie die Panoramaterrasse befinden sich im Erd- und die 3 großzügigen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Insgesamt gibt 3 Doppelbetten und 2 Schlafsofas sowie Babybetten, sodass die maximale Gästeanzahl 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 2 Babys) beträgt. Wellness & Entspannung Die Chalets verfügen über 2 Bäder, jeweils mit offener Regendusche und hochwertiger Villeroy & Boch Ausstattung und ein separates Gäste-WC. Sie haben die Wahl: machen Sie erst einen Saunagang und kühlen sich dann im Schnee ab, oder möchten Sie doch zuerst den Hotpot auf der Terrasse einheizen und bei einem Glas Wein entspannen, während die Kinder in der Whirlpoolwanne ein Schaumbad nehmen? Oder möchten Sie lieber draußen den Außenkamin anheizen oder im Haus vor dem Kaminofen ein Buch lesen? Sie haben die Wahl und brauchen sich um nichts kümmern: Bettwäsche-, Handtücher und Endreinigung erledigen wir für Sie. Wohnen & Schlafen Das Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche und Theke lädt zum Verweilen ein. Während die Kinder nach einem aufregendem Skitag Netflix schauen, kochen Sie gemütlich in der Küche und lassen dabei den Blick über das Kaminfeuer und die Gipfel streifen. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen ebenfalls über Sitzgelegenheiten und Sat-/Smart-TVs sowie 2 über einen Balkon. Auf der großen Süd-Panoramaterrasse finden Sie alles, was Sie für den perfekten Urlaub in den Bergen brauchen – Außenkamingrill, Hotpot und Gartenmöbel. Alle Extras vom WLAN bis hin Waschmaschine sind selbstverständlich inkludiert.  Lage, Ausstattung & Grundrisse Sie fahren über eine ruhige Anliegerstraße in die Garage mit Elektroauto-Ladestation und Ski-Stadl. Über eine Treppe gelangen Sie zu den Chalets und den Wanderwegen bzw. der Skipiste/Loipe, die direkt oberhalb der Chalets beginnen. Im Sommer können die oberen Chalets auch direkt mit dem Auto angefahren werden.
