With a living space of 183 m² on three floors the house has three separated bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 room with 1 double bed and two single beds). There are three big balconys in east, south and west direction. The living room has a tiled stove, SAT-TV and WLAN. The kitchen of the house has all the necessecary equipment and has a small pantry. From the kitchen there is an Exit tot he east terrace. Alongside the kitchen there is the dining table. There are two bathrooms with showers, toiletts one with a bathtub and an aditional toilett in the ground floor. In the cellar you will find a playroom with table tennis, tabel football and other things to play with. There are cool rooms for storage. In all the house has enough space for your luggage. Included in the price is a card (MIC-Card) with several benefits of many leisure time facilities around lake Millstatt. Beneth the tield stove the heating in the house is working on electric radiators or ventilators. The house has quite new equipment. If you bring along a dog we ask fo another € 10,00 per night.
