There are two bedrooms, a comfort bathroom with a large corner bathtub and two double sinks, and a separate toilet. From the terrace and balconies, you have a magnificent panoramic view! A parking space in the garage for one car is available free of charge for each 65 m² apartment.

The 50 m² apartment is located on the upper floor under the roof and is a 2-room apartment with a bedroom and a living-dining room with an integrated kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped similarly to the 75 m² apartment (dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob). The television is located in the living room. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There is a shower bathroom with a hairdryer and towels - and shower towels. Bed linen is also included in the price.
