Our Holiday HOUSE “Auf der Raun 6”: Space For Your Holiday Experience To Unfold Three floors, 250 m² of living space, a roof-covered veranda and a spacious garden terrace – our Holiday HOUSE “Auf der Raun 6” is a spacious detached house ideal for large groups of up to 14 people. Modern facilities and installations such as an air-to-water heat pump, underfloor heating / electric storage ovens etc. give our guests every comfort they would wish for. A loft-like living area with leather seating arrangements and satellite TV as well as an open and fully-equipped kitchen with its connected dining area allow for lively social interaction and meals together on the top floor, while the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (located on the two floors below) offer not only places to sleep but also quiet corners to stay away from the group for a while. The conservatory with panorama windows as well as the roof-covered veranda offer an ideal setting for anybody seeking relaxation. A closer look at the individual floors: Top Floor: Street entrance directly accessible by car via “Auf der Raun 6”: loft-like living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Setting: • lobby leading onto the street level; • separate WC with storage area and extra beverage fridge next to street level entrance; • upper landing with inner coat rack leading onto wooden staircase; • 60 m² loft-like living room with panorama windows, leather seating arrangements and satellite TV as well as a • fully-equipped open kitchen (including a fridge, a microwave oven, cooker and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster etc.) and its spacious connected dining area. Middle floor: On this floor you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the conservatory with panorama windows as well as the roof-covered veranda. Setting: • double bedroom with optionally two single beds or a double bed; • double bedroom with option for a third bed and direct access to the roof-covered veranda as well as to the conservatory with panorama windows; • roof-covered veranda; • conservatory with panorama windows which may connect two bedrooms with comunicating doors; • double bedroom with direct access to the conservatory with panorama windows; • spacious bathroom with corner bath tub for two people, wash basin, WC and bidet; • second bathroom with shower, wash basin, WC and bidet. Ground floor (Garden floor): On the garden / ground floor you will find the children’s room, one double bedroom with direct access to the garden terrace and a third bathroom. Setting: • children’s room with 3 beds (two of which are bunkbeds with a normal length of 2 meters) and the option for a 4th bed and satellite TV; • double bedroom with option for a third bed and direct access to the garden terrace; • spacious third bathroom with shower, wash basin, WC, bidet, washing machine and tumble dryer; • direct access to the garden terrace and into the parklike garden. With its 5 bedrooms, the Holiday HOUSE “Auf der Raun 6” offers a comfortable holiday home for up to 14 adults and up to 3 babies in cots (age group from 0 up to 3 years). This spacious setting makes it possible for larger groups to enjoy time together without the discomfort of having to convert living areas into bedrooms. Additional services free of charge: • fresh aromatic garden herbs for you to pick; • barbeque with dining area al fresco; • bed linen, towels, shower towels and kitchen towels will of course be provided by us; • upon request we will also be happy to provide you with bottle warmers, changing mats, high chairs, baby alarms etc; • more than 4,000 m² of idyllic parklike garden with a children’s swings area, sun beds, romantic pergola surrounded by grapevines, table tennis, quiet recreation areas beneath shady trees or close to fragrant roses and summerly flowering splendour; • folder with suggestions regarding the vast offer of sports and cultural activities offered by the region as well as support in planning and organizing your chosen activities; • WIFI; • parking spaces on private premises; • free-of-charge entry to all beaches on Lake Millstatt; • our guests enjoy the benefits of the Millstättersee Inclusive Card free of charge.
