Around the refugium on the lake you have the place all to yourself, only directly on the lake you will occasionally meet the guests of the vacation apartment and my family with friends! The refugium am See is a small cottage, minimalist and simple, yet equipped with all the necessary comforts. Small bathroom with hot water and toilet, king size bed 160x200, table, 2 armchairs, storage space under the bed, 2 electric skylights, interior blinds, infrared heating. Terrace with fridge, table with 2 armchairs and parasol, 2 deck chairs. Hot water outdoor shower. Nespresso machine with capsules, kettle with tea assortment and sugar. Picnic basket with plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, salt, pepper, bottle opener, champagne stopper. Wandelweg through the natural meadow directly to the lake (about 30 meters) with jetty. Distance refugium am See to Villa Martiny: 250 m (4 minutes walk). I will gladly provide you with a gourmet basket filled with regional Carinthian specialties or a breakfast basket for an additional charge - enjoyment directly at the lake!

Living in a turn-of-the-century villa, overgrown with wild vines and surrounded by a dreamlike garden in the center and near the lake in Seeboden. Enjoy your hearty breakfast on the east-facing veranda of Villa Martiny in the morning sun before heading to your own 3.000 m² private beach at the lake, just 250 meters from the house. End your day here on balmy summer evenings with a good glass of wine. Should it be too uncomfortable outside, snuggle up on the couch in the cozy living room and let your mind wander or chat comfortably with your loved ones. The kitchen of Villa Martiny includes everything you need for everyday life. Dining table, kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer compartment. All kitchen utensils are available and should something be missing, your landlady can certainly help out! The apartment for 1-4 persons of Villa Martiny has a large bedroom with double bed (passage room) and a smaller bedroom with flexible bed division - depending on your needs it can be 2 single beds (90x200) or a double bed (180x200). On request and subject to availability, I am happy to provide my office with sofa bed (80x200) for a 5th person. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.
