The whole flat is at ground level without steps or elevations. For large families or a larger group, flat 3 (ground floor) and flat 2 (1st floor) and also flat 1 (2nd floor) could be combined as there is a connecting staircase inside. The flat has: 1 bedroom with double bed 1 fully equipped kitchen, cooker with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, kitchen towels, dishes, cutlery, glasses.... 1 large living room with cosy dining area, SAT/TV and a pull-out couch. 1 large, barrier-free bathroom with a large shower (flush with the floor) and glass walls that can be opened on both sides.
