The apartment THE LOCATION Our apartment is on the 1st floor of the residential building on Römerweg in Unterburg, which was completed in 2022. We are right at the beginning of the lake promenade, above an ice cream parlour. Park your car comfortably on our own parking lot number 2. The communities of St. Kanzian and Kühnsdorf are only a few kilometers away. The local mountain Petzen is in 25min. reachable by car for mountain biking, hiking and skiing. THE ROOMS The modern apartment has a size of 37m2, which is divided into an anteroom, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. The living and sleeping area is equipped with noble oak floorboards. Both areas have direct access to the large south-facing terrace. The Smart TV with 50" and satellite reception and our house bar are also available to you. The highlights OUR HOME BAR All drinks are available for you while stocks last. Mixing accessories, long drink, whiskey and cocktail glasses and stampers are available. Ice cubes in the freezer for free for the taking. Grab a bottle of wine or mix a cool sundowner on our sun terrace. OUR SUN TERRACE The private south-facing terrace with 22m² and all-round view invites you to relax. Here you can switch off in peace, read a good book or just enjoy the sun.
