The apartment Kummerer was fully renovated in 2019. Among others the flat now offers parquet flooring. The flat provides a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, etc) with a dining area. There is one separate WC, one separate shower as well as a bathroom with a shower and WC. There are three bedrooms: one double, one double with an extra bed and one four-bed room. All bedrooms have been carpeted and two of them also offer modern TV sets. In addition, the apartment offers a ski boot heating system as well as a spacious entrance hall.
